Skiing

Perched high above the clouds, at up to 2,872 meters (9,423 feet) above sea level, the Silvretta Arena in Ischgl offers a unique winter sports experience that you will definitely not forget anytime soon. An almost limitless variety of different slopes awaits you, from blue slopes for beginners to red and black slopes for advanced skiers, and special slopes such as the Smuggler’s Circuit (Schmugglerrunde).
Cross-country skiing

With unique panoramas and an incomparable whole-body workout, cross-country skiing is the best way to enjoy nature in the winter. In Ischgl and GaltĂĽr, you will find a 73-kilometer-long (45 miles), interconnected network of cross-country trails that leaves nothing to be desired. Ischgl and GaltĂĽr offer the possibility to take cross-country skiing lessons, either to start with the sport or to improve your skills. We would like to especially recommend the high-altitude trail to the Silvretta reservoir and the floodlit cross-country skiing trail in GaltĂĽr.
